We are a multidisciplinary collective, we work with urban gardening and theatre (particularly in prisons with adults and youth). There are 10 people in our core collective, and other supporters. We have an organic community garden at our house in the middle of urban Santiago (comuna de San Miguel), in our front and backyards, and also on the footpath! We have one room for volunteers (with two beds), at certain times of the year. We ask volunteers to share cooking and cleaning duties, and basic food costs. Help in the garden is expected, and jobs vary according to the season. We are looking for people with knowledge of permaculture and/or alternative economies to support our development in those areas. We work in collaboration with other community garden and seed saver networks, and occasionally have open market days. We run a monthly buyers' network, selling medicinal herbs from our garden and other healthy products from small producers. We are 3 blocks from the Lo Vial metro station (subway line 2).
NOTE 2022: WE ONLY RECEIVE WWOOFERS TO HELP ON THE DAY, WE DO NOT OFFER ACCOMMODATION. BUT AS WE ARE IN THE CITY, THIS COULD BE POSSIBLE FOR YOU.

Certifications: We are not certified organic although we do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We only water with water from the tap or collected rinwater
